Question: On your homepage, why are there 274 Projects Completed, 274 Happy Clients, but only 270 Positive Feedbacks? You’ve had that many clients?
My Answer: Yes, honestly I’ve had at LEAST that many clients (probably more that I didn’t save their files from way back) and ALL of them happy. And the reason why only 270 Positive Feedbacks.. because 4 of them just didn’t fill out the Feedback form, lol
Details: While I work with clients, I don’t move on to the next phase of the project until the client is satisfied with what we are working on: layout, color palette, design elements, etc. I really want my clients to be satisfied and happy with their site. When my client is happy, I’m happy! But that’s not to say that every single client was happy. All the above happiness was from clients that I COMPLETED their projects. I have had my share of unsatisfied clients, so we had to break up and the project was cancelled. And it’s all good, maybe we weren’t a good fit, maybe I just didn’t understand what they wanted, maybe they didn’t understand what I needed, or just maybe, at a certain point, I said, ok, buh-bye now! So, it’s not all cupcakes and roses.. Oh, that reminds me, I need some chocolate!
